New Beginnings are scary. 

I was retrenched 2 years ago during the recession. Back then, I was feeling lost and without a clear direction. 

Deep down, I knew that this situation was what I’ve attracted. I was afraid to take the leap but yet felt relieved that the Universe made this decision for me to leave my 9-to-5.

For the First few months, it’s all about self-discovery and exploration. I was able to commit full-time on my Crystal Terrarium business, Native Cocoon

Transformed Postive & Creative thinking with mindfulness meditation

Crystal healing is not widely understood in my country. As an amateur, I did my own research to understand each crystal’s properties and meanings. Just to find one that align with my goals. 

It’s through exploring crystal meditations that I’ve discovered the way to tap into my inner wisdom and creativity. I never knew crystal healing practice would bring peace and clarity. With regular practice, I was able to enhance my creative problem-solving and idea generating skills. This validates the positive effects of meditation on the brain. YAY to all the neuroscientist and researchers who shed light that meditation positively impacts our brain health.

One of my favorite mentor has to be Dr Andrew Huberman. He is a neuroscientist and professor at Stanford University. Has since gained huge popularity with his science-backed YouTube videos to Biology noobs like myself. 

He has the ability to articulate complex biology terminology in simple terms. Presenting in a way that is easily digestible. 

In this video, he discuss the science and benefits of meditation. 
– Meditation can alleviate symptoms of depression and enhance focus
– Different forms of meditation include sitting or lying down, focusing on the present, and interpersonal communication 
– Breathing patterns and intentional focus on internal and external perceptions are important aspects of meditation

 

Finding Solace in Crystal healing

In the realm of my crystal healing journey,  I found solace in expressing daily gratitude through my morning meditation and exercise regime. I was so engrossed with my new mindful habits that I’ve unknowingly manifested my purpose. 

While there isn’t any concrete evidence that fully explains the concept of crystal power but I believe that my crystals are the catalyst to send my desires out to the universe. 

As my solopreneurship journey unfolded, I recognize my love for crystal healing and my true calling to create mindful productivity solutions for fellow mumpreneurs like myself. 

Shifting my approach to be more productive

Juggling two businesses, house chores, parenting and daily self care routine, I struggled with unproductivity. This roadblock didn’t halt my progress. 

In fact, it pushed me to explore creative ways to boost my productive and bring order back into my life. 

That’s when I saw this gap and an opportunity to create a Mindful Productivity Framework that would help me and other mumpreneurs regain time control and be more efficient. 

It’s through my extensive research, and personal experimentation that I’ve created my mindful system. A system that opened doors to self-discovery and entrepreneurial path to success.
