This agreement is between Native Inspo hereby referred to as we, us or our, and the customer or client, hereby referred to as you, accessing websites, services, templates, and advice, hereby referred to as products or membership or membership levels, associated with our legal business entities.

The products contained on Native Inspo website is for general information purposes only. While Native Inspo, its owners, members, and managers endeavor to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the websites or the products contained therein. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of our websites or our business entities or our products.

Throughout our website, you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of Native Inspo. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

The owners, managers, and members of Native Inspo or associated products and the accompanying materials have used their best efforts in preparing the products. Native Inspo makes no representation or warranties with respect to the accuracy, applicability, fitness, or completeness of the products. Native Inspo, its owners, members, and managers also do not warrant the performance, effectiveness or applicability of any sites listed or linked to in the products. Use of Products

All products are provided “as is” with no warranties or indemnities as to its appropriateness for your particular situation. Native Inspo takes no responsibility for the implementation of any product in your own marketing or the outcomes of such implementation.

When you obtain access to any products, you are accessing a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the information. You may not publish or share the products or your login details with anyone else unless expressly stated. 

By using content from Native Inspo, you and any of your team members (salaried, subcontracted, or freelance) understand and agree that each of you are bound by confidentiality / non-compete when using our platform and services and that the content may only be accessed for your own marketing purposes. The content cannot be used for clients of another agency, whether subcontracted, freelance, or otherwise. Your business must have its own paid account with Native Inspo to use the provided marketing content and that marketing content can only be used for your own business.

Native Inspo does not allow other marketing agencies, marketing agents, or marketing freelancers to have their own membership status for any reason. Any such accounts will be deleted upon discovery and no refunds will be provided.

If or when you access membership content, including but not limited to email newsletter templates, you agree to follow usage practices (e.g. email newsletters cannot be used as blog posts or shared as social media posts for any reason or at any time). Failure to comply will result in a request to cease and desist, which will be followed by the cancellation of the member account at fault if the non-compliant activities persist.

By purchasing access to paid products, you agree to Native Inspo using your participation in publicity materials and listing your company as a customer on Native Inspo website.

Delivery policy: digital products bought through Native Inspo are delivered via Air Table, unless otherwise specified.

Native Inspo reserves all other rights.
    
Native Inspo provides no guarantee of availability of the web server or hosting of the products. Native Inspo will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide availability.

Prohibited where illegal. You are responsible for any local sales taxes.

Native Inspo reserves the right to vary these terms from time to time and without notice.

Invoicing and Payment

Payments can be made via automatic credit card payment.

Refund Policy

All one-time template purchases made through Native Inspo website are non-refundable and not eligible for returns or exchanges due to the digital nature of the products.

Copyright

Everything on Native Inspo website belongs to Native Inspo, except for stock photography, unless otherwise noted.

If you use Native Inspo and its managers / members are not responsible or liable in any form, directly or indirectly, for any changes you make to any products or templates. The templates are compliant with copyright and usage laws, but your edits might not be. Proper usage is completely and solely your responsibility and liability.
